Azelia Quirino an expert in customer relations, is the patient coordinator for El Paso Cosmetic Surgery she epitomizes integrity, energy, and hard work. She has extensive years of customer service and public relations. She is a graduate of El Paso Community College with a degree in the science of liberal arts and continues to take courses at UTEP to further her education.
