How Much is CoolSculpting®?
Even slender bodies have areas where they store their most stubborn fat. Whether your concern is a tummy that won’t go away, resistant fat around your thighs or even a double chin, CoolSculpting® offers a non-surgical solution. It lets you sculpt and shape your problem areas and achieve the figure you have worked for.

What is CoolSculpting® for Body Contouring?
At El Paso Cosmetic Surgery, we offer the advanced CoolSculpting® Elite system, which allows us to treat more areas simultaneously for faster results. This non-invasive treatment uses applicators that lower the temperature of the treatment area, causing fat cells to freeze. Your body removes the damaged cells over time, leaving the area more sculpted.
How Much is CoolSculpting®?
When considering any procedure or treatment, cost is always a factor, but it should only be one consideration. The skill and experience of your CoolSculpting® provider can make a big difference in your experience and results, and we are an Allergan Top 50 practice that specializes in this treatment.
Factors that affect the cost of CoolSculpting® include:
- Your location
- The areas being treated
- Your provider’s skill and training
- The number of treatments needed
- The availability of special offers or discounts
CoolSculpting® costs can range from $1,000 to $4,000 depending on these factors. Larger areas, like the abdomen, will cost more than smaller ones, such as under the chin. We recommend a consultation so we can assess your needs and discuss financing.

When Will I See Results After CoolSculpting®?
Your body takes time to filter away the treated fat cells, so CoolSculpting® results are not visible immediately. You may start to notice changes after a few weeks, but full results take at least three months to develop. Many people need a single treatment to see their desired results, but some may need further treatments.
After your body contouring results have developed, the best way to maintain them is to maintain a stable weight and lead a healthy lifestyle. While your fat cells will not come back, the fat cells you still have can still get bigger.
Is There Any Downtime After CoolSculpting®?
You can return to work or other activities immediately after your body contouring treatment with no downtime. Your skin may look red and feel numb, sensitive, or tingling for a few hours to a few days. The numbness may last up to a few weeks but is temporary and will fade. You can resume your regular exercise routine and anything else you normally do.
Am I a Good Candidate for CoolSculpting®?
Almost everyone has areas of stubborn fat they would like to get rid of. While CoolSculpting® is safe for almost anyone, it is most effective for those who are at or near their target weight and currently leading a healthy lifestyle. CoolSculpting® is for body contouring, not weight loss, so you should not expect it to help with excess weight.
Monika always makes my experience so pleasant, and the front staff is always so kind. Thank you!
