Dr. Sozer employ various breast lift techniques to meet the patient’s individual needs. The procedure begins with general anesthesia to ensure you don’t feel a thing. Then, incisions are made in the breasts around the areola, and the breast tissue is manipulated to reshape the breast. The tissue is lifted to give a firmer appearance, and the incisions are then closed. This leaves the breasts looking perky and more youthful.

Breast Lift Recovery

As with most breast augmentation procedures, a period of recovery is required after a breast lift. The good news is that it isn’t too drastic. Patients can go home the same day, but some assistance will be required as you will feel sore and tender. You should also avoid vigorous activities or movements requiring the use of your arm muscles. 

Typically, patients at El Paso Cosmetic Surgery are back to moderate activities within a week to ten days. After four to six weeks, you can begin more vigorous activities – like sports. You can expect to feel back to your normal self after about 3 months. This will also give your breasts time to heal and get used to the new positioning and firmness, allowing for long-lasting results! 

It’s also important to divulge that you will experience some scarring from the incisions. This will be quite clear in the following weeks after the procedure, but it naturally fades as time goes by.
