Dr. Paul Phillips
Dr. Paul Phillips is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who specializes in breast reconstruction, breast reduction, breast augmentation, liposuction, abdominoplasty procedures, Brazilian butt lift, labiaplasty, and many other procedures.

Dr. Phillips is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons (ABPS), the only board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) to certify physicians in the full range of plastic to reconstructive procedures.
Dr. Phillips was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He went to college at Pepperdine University in California. Dr. Phillips then received his medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas, in 2008. He completed five years of general surgery residency at University Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi, before completing a three-year plastic surgery residency in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Dr. Phillips is devoted to his patients and strives to provide cutting-edge techniques. He is highly trained in both cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures while providing the natural-looking, enhanced appearance that his patients desire. Dr. Phillips will soon be accepting Cigna, Aetna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield, and is currently seeing patients on our westside office located at 651 S. Mesa Hills Dr, El Paso, Texas, 79912.
