Fellowship Program
El Paso Cosmetic Surgery invites qualified candidates to apply for its comprehensive Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship Program, set within the framework of a well-established, high-volume private practice. The fellowship offers extensive, practical experience across a multitude of aesthetic surgical disciplines including, but not limited to, advanced facial surgery techniques (such as facelifts, deep neck lifts, and rhinoplasties), primary and revisionary breast surgeries, as well as comprehensive body contouring procedures.

Meet Our Current Fellow
Dr. Milind D. Kachare
Originally from upstate New York, he furthered his studies at New York University before venturing to the University at Buffalo for Medical School. Followed by 5 years in General Surgical Residency, graduating from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, where he garnered several accolades, including the Outstanding Surgical Resident Award after serving as the Administrative Chief Resident.
After finishing, Dr. Kachare continued his education at the University of Louisville for specialized Plastic Surgery training. He not only excelled academically, but also set milestones with record clinical cases and over 20 publications, and was awarded the Research Excellence Award, Clinical Excellence Award, and the Teaching & Mentor Excellence Award.
Post 8 years of rigorous training, Dr. Kachare chose to further refine his skills in aesthetics, driving him further west to join our elite team here at El Paso Cosmetic Surgery.
Outside of his impressive professional journey. He is an avid traveler, self-proclaimed foodie, lover of dogs, and has recently been learning the game of golf.
