What is a Brazilian Butt Lift?

An hourglass figure with a round, perky butt and sculpted waist is an aesthetically pleasing shape, and a Brazilian butt lift is one of the most effective ways to achieve it. This procedure takes fat from donor locations on your body and uses it to enhance your buttocks. As a result, your butt looks fuller while your stomach and waistline look slimmer.

How Much is a Brazilian Butt Lift?

How Does a Brazilian Butt Lift Work?

A Brazilian butt lift begins with liposuction to collect fat. Your surgeon will usually perform this liposuction on the flanks, abdomen, and waistline, where most people prefer to have less fat. If you do not have enough fat in these areas, others may be used.

The harvested fat is purified and prepared before being placed in your buttocks using a special cannula that allows for precise sculpting. These fat cells will become established in their new location and remain there for a lifetime. With good preparation and surgical technique, up to 80% of transferred fat cells will establish themselves.

What is Recovery Like After a Brazilian Butt Lift?

You will have a compression garment to wear after your procedure. You can expect some swelling, bruising, and soreness in your buttocks and the liposuction areas for several days. You can sit normally but should shift your weight every two hours for the first three to four weeks. Because the fat cells take time to become settled, you will need to wait six weeks or more to return to your full range of activities.

I had my procedure done with Dr. Sozer and I have to say, He is not only an amazing Doctor, but a great person! He is very patient and will answer all questions. The staff is also amazing.
